"She ... strengtheneth her arms. She looketh well to the ways of her household ..." (Proverbs 31:17b, 27a)
When your washing machine broke, and you've spent the last 2 months going to the laundromat in the town next door (gas and quarter $$$$), in that process some folks got you a used washer and dryer but the other parties were unscrupulous and the machines were actually dirty and broken, so they are expensive "shelves" on your back porch, then Hubby goes back to work after 7 months off for injury on DAYS temporarily (as opposed to his normal night schedule), you are afoot, no vehicle, no washer, no laundromat, laundry piling to the ceiling, YOU DO LAUNDRY BY HAND IN THE BATHTUB. Thankful at least for a clothesline and that the days are still warm and sunny. PIONEERING IT!
Oh MY!! I hope you can resume a more normal schedule soon!! I am thankful for modern convieneces. .and I'll bet by now you are too. .like if you weren't before :-) Hang in there!!
