Older Son and I were out in the countryside the other day (him driving!), and I indulged in some picture-taking. This fence post arrangement caught my eye. Who knows the story of how THIS happened! Two kinds of fence posts, two kinds of fencing wire, all mushed together. Plus an insulator. Plus, if that bent post was normal, I think that upper end is the end that's actually supposed to be in the ground! MYSTERY.
my guess is the fence builder repaired a fence with problems with a different kind of wire and posts without taking out the first fence.
