Family

Dad, my brother, me and Mom, looks to be Easter Sunday morning. The house is being added onto. In the part under construction, the small window on the left was a bathroom, and the window(s) (double) on the right was my bedroom. Later, the back porch was also expanded to be even with the other two rooms.

My brother and I with our two grandmas. Grandma C (left) would've been 86 at the time of this photo, and Grandma W (right) would've been 62. Grandma C lived to be 94, and Grandma W lived to be 96. Things to note in the background: 1) On the left 'way in the back, my brother's "club house" built up on a pole (as opposed to a tree house). 2) The tin building was our big garage. 3) You can see the bottom of the fairly tall TV tower in our back yard. Our own personal TV tower. Dad was the radio and TV repairman/electrician/community TV/cable TV person. During storms, the lightning sure liked that tower, and when the wind blew, the antennas would "whine" in a way that made me uneasy. Kind of glad when it finally came down years later!

My brother, our cousin K, and me. Looks like I'm about to >>WHACK<< somebody!
