Rain!

We've got our homeschooling starting up, plus our local fair is this week. So ... I'll hopefully have something interesting to post before very long.


Meanwhile, we got rain!


The clouds were really dark when they moved in yesterday afternoon and evening. The squall line and gust-front that came at first ahead of the main storm was REALLY scary-looking!






Son had to go out and tromp around in the rain puddles in the street after the storm moved on by. It was wonderful considering how long it had been since we had a good rain and how HOT it had been lately.






























I had to try it, too!
